Help - "Your Data Is Corrupt or Didn't download Properly"

Hi there, i got a Notice come up in game after reinstalling CoD WW2 on Steam when trying to click Play on Multiplayer

"Your data is corrupt, or didn't download properly.

You must reset your rank and unlocks to continue"

I  clicked the accept button as i got told to do this so that i can then have my account restored to a back up by someone here? Please help, i dont want to lose all of my progress i made when the game came out last year? I was prestige 3 or 4 i can't remember exactly. Plus my crates and diamond skinned guns etc... As already mentioned i've read that someone may be able to help/assist me in getting this issue resolved?

Let me know if you anymore information is needed in order to get this resolved so i can get back on to WW2 - don't think i could be bothered if i lost my 160 hours of progression... I hope to get back in and enjoy all the season pass content i got with the preorder deluxe edition last year but haven't played yet.
