TMNT MIM not rewarding emblems

i have done the requriments many many times for the final few emblems i need "gotta go fast" "Untouchable" "Can Crusher" "Turtle Power" and every time post stage i have not gotten them. It is very frusturating and apparently there is no one that can help me with this so i have to post in a generalized forum where no one will answer.

I feel your pain..   I love this game but it has its flaws for sure.  I'm level 70 and I can't get an ATM mission to spawn.  If you need help boosting emblems let me know, I have been able to get most of them.  I'm on PS4
