Every time I try to acces my Activision account in Skylanders Lost Island this notice comes on my Samsung galaxy note 2 running android 4.3 "Retry Download. Kaos is at it again and has caused a problem with your download. Please check your connection and ensure you have enough storage space on your device." I have a perfect WiFi signal an plenty of storage can anybody help me?
I'm using a galaxy note 3 and it's doing the same thing started yesterday hope they have a fix soon
Can you please try the following steps and let us know the results:
Please follow the steps in the order listed below:
1. Un-install and re-install the app.
2. When you are prompted to log into your Activate account select No.
3. Start a new local file by selecting Play alone. This will take you through the tutorial.
4. Once you complete the tutorial, log into your Activate account.
Let us know the results.
I've recently change My iPhone by Samsung J7 and after I installed the game, it stop when it start to charge the application.. And I have enough space and a good signal of WiFi.. please help..
