Hi, I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and my son has the iPad Mini.
We have both downloaded the Lost Islands app and are both getting the same error message of "Retry Download. Kaos is at it again and has caused a problem with your download. Please check your connection and ensure you have enough storage space on your device.
I completely wiped my sons iPad and re-downloaded it and still the same message occurs.
Is there anything out there that tells me what to do on both devices as I am currently tearing my hair out because my son wants to use his 70+ figures he has???

Perhaps you will have better luck with support. There are a lot of people getting this error in the last month or so. Post what country you are in and I will try to find a local number for Activision Support for you.

Hi, that number is not longer in use. I tried other numbers I could find but the same for all of them. Their idea is to contact them via the support website but the game is not even listed on there.
Seems they can't be bothered any more with it. Shame as my sons spent alot of money on his 75+ figures
It's a bloody disgrace! I even tried contacting them via Facebook but it just throws me back to their website which is useless!
Stupid customer service if you ask me. Anyway, I will keep on trying and if I get a solution I will be sure to let you know.
I have exactly the same Error on an iPad 3 (iOS 9.3.5) since yesterday. The device was switched off by an empty battery and after that it was not possible to start the game again. A new installation didn't work. Same Error.
At this time it is also not possible to install this game (new) under iOS 10.2 (I tried it on an iPhone 7 Plus and an iPhone 5 several times - same Error)
