IF a game is not availably in your steam region but you bought it elsewhere and the copy is globally accepted but it still not elegably for you to redeem it in your account can i somehow by pass this ? AND a quick note this game is ont just lock it completely inaccessible from where i resident

you need to use VPN for it.

VPN changes the ip address to which country you decide. (that's how i did it) my country is also restricted from redeeming the code.
