Multidevice problem - just one device is working

Hi there!

I play CoD: Heroes on three devices: my android smartphone Huawei P6, and two android tablets.

Usually, when I want to change my device (bigger screen helps a lot!) device, it asks me if I want to load my CC level 9 profile.

Yesterday something went wrong.. I can start the game on my smartphone and its working well, but when I try to switch to my tablet, it asks me if I want to load CC level 1 profile!

What can I do? I dont want to delete my account and I want to play on my second device!

I suggest that you try this on your tablet:

  • Delete the game
  • Ensure you are logged into the same google play account as your phone
  • Install the game
  • When the game starts you should either get your base or the usual option to switch to it.

Remember that an update is coming out tonight (2200 UTC), so servers will be down for a number of hours from that time, which will prevent you from loading your base.

Please post back to say how you get on.

Sorry, forgot to say: Before you restart the game, you should make sure that it is not running on any other device (If you have just closed the game on another device, wait 6 minutes).

You're very welcome.

Can I just ask: did you reinstall or just ensure the other device was logged off?

I have uninstalled it, logged off my first device and turned it off for few minutes - just in case.

Then I installed game again and it asked me if I want to load my profile.

Hi after update to v.4 i canot login to my  account on my ipad but no problem on my iphone. 

I tryid to remove cod on my i pad and wait 30 min after i was loget in on my iphone but still the box u want to login dont show up  why ?
