Learn to adapt it doesn't need to resupply your IEDs and Motion Sensors it's called balance I mean unless they allow you replenish everything including launchers then I can agree with you but if it's only lethals and tacticals that you want replenished learn to adapt this game shouldn't be catering to campers or rusher both of you need to realize that.
