Sorry to hear that. What platform are you playing it on and have you tried anything to fix that? For instant, make sure you've forced closed the game (on iOS) and then restart your device before trying it again. If it is having an issue with crashing it may need an update to fix it, but you can also making sure that your device is up-to-date and as a last resort you may have to try reinstalling it.
