Re: Website Badge Suggestions

I think that when the new missions come on board there must be badges and points for positive contributions. Some of us participate in the support sections and help out our fellow gamers with answers. However I notice a lot of our fellow members prefer to participate in discussions that have no correct answer. These contributions can be just as helpful to the forum as techno babble. The hard thing is devising a way to measure such contributions - which may be in the form of Tips and Ticks, customization suggestions, or just good old positive input. I think big points ( akin to getting a correct answer in support) should be handled by moderators. So how about:

Post de jour

You have the best post of the day

Points - 150

style="width: 91px; height: 91px;" width="91"/>

What a week

You made the best post of the week

Points - 500

style="width: 99px; height: 73.86923076923077px;" width="99"/>

Flavor of the month

You made the best post of the month.

Points - 1000

Hunted down

Foxhound-Pro sniffed out this post

Points - 25

Beep Beep

jeepchick has done a drive by

Points - 25

Buzzing the tower

TopFighter has performed a fly by

Points - 25

To cool for school

codblackice gave you a fist bump

Points - 25

What do you guys and gals think - any additions or amendments to moderator drive badges.

Hopefully the mods wouldn't mind the extra workload,

A badge for creating a "hot" topic (5-10 pages) would be nice.
