Sometimes this can be just an easy fix of power cycling your modem and/router and your platform. Just take them out of the wall for a couple of minutes.

That's not good to hear.

Ok - can you answer me the following:

What platform you are on?

What is your console NAT type, what is your in-game NAT type?

Wired or Wireless?

Do you have a Static IP assigned to your platform?

Do you use any of the following router configurations : uPnp, Port Forwardong, or DMZ?

I agree with FalconR6. If power cycling did not work. I suggest that you port forward your ports since your NAT type is in moderate status. The patch had a tendency to change your ports since it is updating. You can change your ports or you can port forward. Here are the ports that you can use for Xbox One, TCP: 53, 80, 3074 and UDP: 53, 88, 500, 3074, 3544, 4500. But I do not know how to manually change ports and I advise that you contact your local Internet Service Provider. Hope that helps.

Not sure why you brought up a post that is this old. Anyways, for a full list of ports

Achieving Open NAT - port numbers included. Ghosts V2

I would not have responded, except that you left out a couple of ports.

Hey there! I agree with FalconR6 and Abbulls. You better check the helpful links out and I hope that might help recover your old NAT Type. As far as I know, NAT is most likely determined on how good your home network is or the right ports are properly forwarded on your router.

You may want to try portforwarding or DMZ to set the NAT Type to Open. Here's a link that I found in the Activision Support Site  for the port numbers: Activision Support
