Check here...

Re: OK I got a tough puzzle for you on TV resolution

Changing my resolution down to 720 on my TV has made my game honestly go up in KD.

I will have to check out your changes later since I got the same exact company/ setup you do, except for running wireless and a motorola router that came with it.

BTW Time Warner doesnt throttle.

If thats genuinely worked for you, awesome. Other than matchmaking being a lot happier about putting together wonky lobbies, this game runs just fine for me and I do enjoy it.

I remember when I was with Virgin, they throttled connections at peak times. It didn't really cause any trouble for me as on my screen everything was buttery smooth. I didn't realise I was teleporting around until it was pointed out to me, so I stopped playing whilst the traffic management was in effect - I hate seeing people do that, I refuse to be one of em.

The WMM settings would only have a chance of helping if you were using wifi on your xbox. If you run wired, the priority always goes to the wired connection.
