So I was on Twitter and noticed this:
She worked on the ports for Call of Duty 4, Black Ops, and Modern Warfare 3 Wii. This pretty much means that the WIi team is doing the port again.
What are your guy's thoughts? I'm kind of torn because the Wii team's ports are usually fantastic but buggy, and they have a bad nack for dropping support 3-4 months after their game releases.....
Is this going to be another year of no updates? Is the game going to be broken on launch like Black Ops and Modern Warfare 3?
Wait, wasn't she inactive for a long time? Now all of a sudden she's twitting again? Well, whatever. I'm sure that they stopped support for past games due to budget, because after all, how can you support a game with sales as poor as the Wii versions of CoD? (Or at least that's my theory...) Hopefully it won't happen again. HOPEFULLY.
The Wii U version is going to have a low playerbase like the Wii for at least a few months because of console shortages.
Well, the Wii U version is priced the same as the other versions, which should mean that we get the same amount of services.
Weren't the Wii versions priced the same too? Or they were like 10$ cheaper?
Huh, didn't know. Still, piracy got them pretty hard.
I'm hoping since the WiiU is a new console that the WiiU team will provide us with better support than in the past.
People said the same thing about MW3 before release though. "Ohh it's a new game it'll be supported better, they were learning how to patch with Black Ops", etc.
Maybe instead of hope, I should wish...
