Highly doubt that. Pretty much every other game aside from the special edition ports (Batman, Mass Effect 3) has gotten DLC. COD's Wii U reasoning of lacking DLC is mostly on the devs themselves, not Nintendo.
I don't consider DLC a priority (I'd really like Treyarch to get all our wiimote complaints sorted first). However, if we do get DLC, I'd prefer they release both DLC packs as one unit, as to not split up our limited online community.
Two distinct DLC packs creates four different versions of the game that aren't able to play with each other. I like as little lag as possible and matchmaking becomes harder with too many game versions. One large DLC pack is preferable to two small ones.
