Hello there. If you have the season pass then try and search up the maps on the xbox store or playstation store. If you don’t have access i would recommend restoring licenses if you are on ps4 or removing your account and signing back in to it on xbox. Clearing cache could also be worth a try and you can do this turning off your console and unplugging the power cord for 30 seconds. Also, you could go to your billing history and send this as evidence when contacting official activision support and they should be able to help sort your issue.
