[MEGATHREAD] PC: Black Ops 4 Game Crashes

We've been seeing various reports from PC players who have been encountering issues with crashing when attempting to launch BO4 or mid-match. We're currently looking into this but in order to diagnose the issue and escalate to Treyarch, we'll need more information from you all.

Please reach out to our official support through Live Chat or Twitter and make sure to have a copy of your DxDiag, MSINFO, and battletag ready. However, keep in mind that our support teams are seeing a higher volume in contacts due to the launch of BO4 so you may see a delay in response. We kindly ask for your patience.

did u try the new nvidia driver 416.34

GPU Driver Version: 416.34
CPU: 2nd Gen i-7 2600 3.4 Ghz
RAM: 16 gb 
Install Location: D:Games
SSD or HDD: HDD

Issue Experienced:

Game will load to Intro screen, then always freezes during the intro.
This issue did not happen on launch day at approx 11:40PM EST, but when I tried to play the next day, this issue is occuring.
Error Code box pops up after multiple minutes of it being frozen
Error Code: 140734398178184

Troubleshooting Attempts:

I've done the following to attempt to fix the issue.

• Scan & repair game files
• Update GPU drivers, update Windows, rolled back GPU drivers, Reinstall GPU drivers.
• Attempted to go into config.ini
  • to change "play loading movie" to 0, to skip the intro video. It still freezes
  • to change startup to windowed fullscreen mode, and windowed extended. It still freezes
• Uninstalled the game, then reinstalled in a new folder. Deleting old install folder.

so the game lunches, it shows the intro and all. then goes to "connetctin to game services"
and then after 5-6 seconds crashes back to desktop with no errors

Issue Experienced:

Literally RNG as to when the game will crash, sometimes it crashes in the opening loading screen, sometimes it crashes in the middle of a match, sometimes it crashes after a few games. Pls nerf I want to play the game I payed $100 dollars for.  

I've tried reinstalling drivers, reinstalling the game, running with/without safe mode, tried potatoing all graphics, guaranteed its just the game my system plays other games perfectly fine.
