Sometimes this can be just an easy fix of power cycling your modem and/router and your platform. Just take them out of the wall for a couple of minutes.

Ok - can you answer me the following:
What platform you are on?
What is your console NAT type, what is your in-game NAT type?
Wired or Wireless?
Do you have a Static IP assigned to your platform?
Do you use any of the following router configurations : uPnp, Port Forwardong, or DMZ?

Wired or Wireless : Both but i choose Wired
Static IP : I don't know

I agree with FalconR6. If power cycling did not work. I suggest that you port forward your ports since your NAT type is in moderate status. The patch had a tendency to change your ports since it is updating. You can change your ports or you can port forward. Here are the ports that you can use for Xbox One, TCP: 53, 80, 3074 and UDP: 53, 88, 500, 3074, 3544, 4500. But I do not know how to manually change ports and I advise that you contact your local Internet Service Provider. Hope that helps.

You may want to try portforwarding or DMZ to set the NAT Type to Open. Here's a link that I found in the Activision Support Site for the port numbers: Activision Support
