You have to finish all the camo challenges within a class to unlock the diamond.

You get nothing.  I have diamond ARs with all at Max prestige.

SMR + ACOG & Silencer = headshot machine.  The SMR was easier & better than I was expecting.

you get a cool new tag for your name plate, and thats it

and the ability to put your emblem on your gun that you most likely will never see

For prestige 1 of the gun you get to put a clan tag, prestige 2 you get to put your emblem, max levle in prestige 2 you get a title and if you max levle in prestige 2 and gold camo you get another title.

I for one find it ridiculous that you have unlock all the camos in a class to get the diamond camo. It's much easier to max prestige an entire class and doesn't take as long. They have this all backwards. If it's their idea of making the game more challenging they have succeeded. If it's their idea of making the game more interesting they have failed!
