I disagree. This game uses such minimal bandwidth that is not the case.
Find yourself a lobby where you are changing between 3 and 4 bars. The game will play brilliantly because thats what its optimized for.
Gone are the days of wanting the best connection and lowest ping.
I honestly dont think the ISPs out there have actual gaming protocols out there for their setups.
I think they mostly have it setup for things like streaming and surfing.
Also some ISP use UDP throttling which effects gaming online.
The majority of us have way more bandwidth than any of these Games require for online play.
The problem lies with the Dev's intermediary servers., They cant provide reletively lag free gaming during peak hours only during non peak hrs.
nice theory, but it's not right, the packets this game sends are the same size as previous cods. as the information you stated isnt sent constantly.
the only time it is sent is when you change class, or pick up a gun. apart from that updates from clients are the usual x.y.z/action type
packet sizes dont increase they are set by internet protocols,
I really wish i understood enough about code to understand what you guys are on about lol

I am so sorry, but there was no way I could avoid thinking and posting that
