No quick fix here its up to the boys behind the system to fix it. All we can do to fix the issue is to log onto www.telus.com/contact.html and provide the chat support rep with your account information so that they can collect examples of known problems so that they can be used to work with activision for a fix.
its not just telus, shaw cable is having exact same issue as is 10's of thousands outside the US right now...i can connect during a small time window in the AM and thats it
Don't remember saying that it was just Telus. I'm sure theres more than just B.C. people posting on these boards, but this is our (telus customers) best option for salvaging launch week.
