It was a picture of a book. At the top it said General __________ (cant remember), underneath some small text. Thie title of the book was "un probleme de cryptographie d'histoire" with some more small text at the bottom of the cover of the book. I didnt bother to save or retweet it because i didnt expect it to go away that quickly, plus i was grilling so not a lot of time.
This is just a FYI. It translates to
Cryptography? As in the encryption/decryption of messages? Why on Earth would that have to do with anything if we havn't been given a cipher?
Anyways, it's in French... So obviously Paris map is confirmed 10/10.
The ADFGX cipher we've been working on is uncracked (from MoTD loading screen). Actually, someone much better than I at those types of ciphers was wondering if it was in another language...
Edit: Sort of a duh moment for myself, when that someone suggested that perhaps it was in another language, which other than the language of the folks that cracked it? Doh.
