Hi there,

We understand the frustration; however, the account could only be restored from the best available back that's was not corrupted.  This does mean in most cases, some progress may be lost but it's the only way to rid of the corruption.  We apologize for any inconvenience. We hope you'll change your mind and we'll see you in-game soon!
