The only sources of entertainment I have are my laptop and phone. What could I possibly to during the 4 hours I will be in line?
This is why people go with a friend to these things. I have never been to a midnight release, I wouldn't know what to do for 4 hours in line with kids.
4 hours?? me and my friends dont show up till 11:30 and we still get the game about 10-20 min after midnight
honestly not worth standing in line for 4 hours to save 10 min is it?
to anwser your question, play angry birds or another of the thousands of apps
lots, they know how these things work and normally split the lines into multiple lines decreasing the time it takes.
walmart last year had lines around the store, took us 20 min with buying it there, no pre order
gamestop for bf3 was around the building, under 30 min with having to have reciept checked
theres really no need to show up 4 hours early, if you really need to be up front just go at 10-10:30 pm, no need to go at 8 pm
I'm going with a friend around 7 30ish. Last year for MW3, we got there at 8 and were already about 30th in line. By 10 there was about 300-400 people in line. By the time they actually started giving the game out it was another 30 minutes before we got our copy. What really sucks is I live in Alaska so besides Hawaii we are the last area to receive the game. We are hoping to be some of the first waiting in line.
Yeah I called my local gamestop the other day and they said they had over 700 pre-orders. But gamestop employees are pro's at midnight releases.
Or you could slide over to Walgreens or CVS open 24 hours, and purchase a life. Common seriously? 4 hours for a video game? I show up at 11 or 11:30, get the game about 12:15 am and roll. Most are usually gettin it for XBox which makes things all the more sweeter for us PS3 players. 4 hours is not that serious son.
