I understand the point of the thread but I also know that people don't always read the whole OP. So even though you mentioned the need to contact Cutpurse, I didn't want anyone thinking that just posting on this thread was all that they need to do to get results. I don't know if Cutpurse reads the forum all that often (I have no idea). The plus side to your thread is that it seems that the cause of this issue is pretty common amgonst several of the posters and maybe that information can be used to sort out the root cause.

It's a shot to help out others also, Hopefully. If it doesn't then I guess this was worth a shot. I work for Microsoft Visual Studio's. Post like this always helps us out also. Activision I believe has more problems due to the complexity on which they work with.
Yep same here happened a week ago lost everything 4 Shotguns optics .and my equipment,scorestreaks and shotgun stats are way to high ,lost 5 custom classes all unlocks gone all unlock tokens gone my 870 is prestige 8 and my s12 is 14 plus alot more but didnt affect my rank at all still 5th level 33

I played a local game. I then went to play a public match about an hour later and it told me my classes were reset. I thought nothing of it, but then i tried to adjust my classes and my scorestreaks and it said i had no tokens left.
