A month ago, I had 15 friends online playing BO2 at any given time. Last night... 3. I dont hardly play, and thats after 12 days of play on mw2, 28 on BO, 24 on MW3... Its laggy, the maps arent great, and I am host in what feels like every other game. Im just over it. Cant decide if its this game, or Im burnt in general. I have moved on to other games. Cant wait for some of the games in the OP list.
Largely I think that game works well but I noticed that when you pick the locks on the treasure chests sometimes everything is fine and other times the graphics have you picking no where near the keyhole. There are a few other things as well that aren't gamebreaking by any means but things that I felt were pretty basic that should have been ironed out. My son loves the game.
i got one of my accounts banned without warning for posting a thread just like this one. guess they saw it as advertising other games. about your topic, ive been tired of this game for over a month now, it has converted me from cod junkie to not even caring about the game. normally i would be around master prestige by now but this game's shortcomings just dont allow me to have long enjoyable sessions i once had with older cod's so im just 2nd prestige. same thing with my friends, from start to finish we constantly played the hell out of every cod as a group, this year im lucky to see at least 2 ppl online not playing zombies.
I try to post different threads that are outside of the "this game sucks" while still being constructive and on topic. I've had several pulled but never been banned for it. Might have been in the way you wrote it out, sometimes your meaning behind a post can be interpreted different. I think most forum Vets have had their run-ins with unlawful thread removals. Just got to stick to the CoC and hope for the best
Back on topic, I can't believe the vast number of people on my friend's list who've given up. I have people who rank in the top 1000s (not cheaters either) who have given up. I'd say I've made powerful CoD friends over the years and to see them jump ship only proves the hardships we're in.
Like someone mentioned above, there are those who don't know any better and because of that they don't see just how big of an issue this game has become. I'm hoping to see a spark lit by these upcoming releases and maybe then, when all the CoD players venture off to play something else, they will start putting more attention to what matters
yea that something else needs to pop up sooner than later. something like far cry 3 multiplayer with slightly smaller maps and more emphasis on multiplayer can really put the heat on cod. no cod clones have dedicated servers and thats a huge bummer. only fps's that get dedi's are battlefield clones.
