Also, I'm not sure if you noticed this but, unlike other traps (Bouncing Betties, etc), Shock Charges emit a loud electrical snap crackle pop sound that alerts you to their presence that is clearly audible from a safe distance.
So no, you don't have to use a Perk to avoid them at all!
Well i certainly dnt have a track record on here for crying overpowered, im more of a ''the other things are just underpowered'' kind of guy at best...BTW, THATS RIGHT! i can realisticly hear them being set from at least 100 yards away, and i can listen for them easily while the whole game is going on around me! why didnt i think of this sooner? SUPER DUPER OMEGA SARCASTIC FACEPALM!
I don't know what to tell you then. All you've done is whine about them this entire thread, despite multiple people providing avdvice on how to either avoid or counter them.
They are easy to spot, and there are many different ways to destroy them. If you still have a problem, I think it probably lies with you.
