What you're saying is correct, but its not what we're looking at in the first video.
Tranditional lag compensation SHOULD only affect where hit boxes register, not the timing of bullets. This is not traditional lag compensation.
So the situation is I game on extremely fast uni internet, it pings google, bbc and teamspeak etc <5ms. Note this is on the PC version but we have the exact same problem.
In game when I play on UK or even EU servers I can't win a front on engagement what so ever, and I die so long before walking to corners when on the killcam I walked past the corner and was touching the other wall. I knew it was down to lag compensation but I was hoping someone with better editing skills would post an example.
But anyway, here is mine. Please thumbs up, comment, share, tweet the execs and developers with it. Maybe one day they will fix it. Enjoy.

Great thread this is how these issues should be addressed.
I experienced today a bad (two bar) game experience where everything I did had a disadvantaged delay (never really experienced it throughout the game) but it did not stop, the system did not stop and look for a new host, nothing. Just two bars throughout the match. Impossible to win, impossible not to play defensively meaning I had to prone almost all the time even then a win vs someone was doubtful.
I do hope the next patch is meant to correct this issue.
Is fixing latency such a hard deal?
Is it the impossible fix for multiplayers through out the world?
Dont you guys think if they new how to fix it they would? IW couldnt fix it with a million patches i doubt treyarch will either. I think alot of it boils down to too many people playing and they added alot of newer features like elite, and all the stats and the theatre. I think theres too much information trying to be processed at once and thats not helping things out.
