    Still haven't received wave 1 and 4 bonuses, "invalid code".

      I got an email from game stop to redeem my wave 1 and 4 bonus. The email states to redeem the 13 digit code at www.callofduty.com/blackops2/playercard, each time I enter the code it keeps saying Invalid.

       

      Has anybody found a solution to this issue? I tried calling activision all day long yesterday an wasn't about to get through and nobody is available for online chat support.
