Odd, why would they put this whole COD coin system in knowing you still need to rank up before you can purchase an item? this was BO1's downfall in terms of that system, doesnt make sense to have to wait to unlock something, then wait to purchase it :S just remembered BO2 had the same flaw with its unlock system.
Also how is anyone supposed to create their squad with the loadouts they want for the squads vs modes when they cant access all the perks until each soldier is XX level or prestiged?
Almost like squads will be empty until people unlock everything for each of their 10 soldiers.
We know the weapons can be unlocked as and when you want, so why not the perks aswell?
Any word on whether killstreaks are the same as perk unlocks or guns?
But each squad member has to be ranked up separately. So would have to go through the same thing with each one. Unless once unlocked it carries over all squad members. If so no real reason to ever prestige more than one. So basically you would want and need to rank up one and save the points for the others to use instead.
I wonder how the killstreaks will work then?
My guess is same as the perks, unlock them early with SPs or wait and unlock for free at certain levels.
And i wonder if the guns will use the same type of system,
We know they can be unlocked using SPs, but do you get them for free as and when you reach each guns unlock level? Or is specifically as and when you want to spend points?
My guess is (and this purely a guess) that SPs gained with soldier 1 dont apply to soldier 2, meaning you have to unlock each item every time you create a new soldier, otherwise like you said, once you've unlocked everything with soldier 1, there would be no need to level and prestige the other soldiers.
