CALL OF DUTY
My sons are playing Skylanders Lost Islands on my iPad 2.
They purchased Spyro's #1 Fan using Gems. They lost him about three weeks ago. I phoned into tech support, was told they would look into it and have heard nothing since.
Over the weekend, the bought Zap's #1 Fan at half-price during the Memorial Day Weekend Sale. Today, the game was updated to the latest version and they lost their newest companion. That's two different companions, each worth 150 Gems, that have disappeared.
On a related note, they also lost one of their Skylanders, Wrecking Ball, around the same time they lost the first premium companion, and this character was at Level 10.
Can someone from Activision please help? Have any others users had this happen, and if so, how did you get your content back?
NOTE: I have tried both steps recommended on the support site FAQ; restarting the game after a forced shutdown, and logging out and back into my ACTIVATE account.
